Limeglow Juniper

Juniperus horizontalis 'limeglow'

Both my sister Susan and myself bought these at Alden Lane Nursery a couple weeks ago.

I've had this one in a pot for a couple of years...

finally decided to stick it in the ground...

Just Dandy Dwarf Hinoki Cypress.

Got this one at Alden Lane Nursery for $29.99 a couple weeks ago...

I planted two of them today, the pic of the other didn't come out...

I got this one in Oregon at a nursery by the Hoyt Aboritium.

I think this is the second spring I've had it.

So I'm guessing I got in late '08 or early '09.

We got a little hail storm a couple days ago.

Knocked a neighbors tree down...

We had minor damage...

To get the full moon to where I wanted, I had to move another japanes maple out back.

When I did that, I had an extra pot and decided to put a jade into it.

I'm expecting this thing to take off now that is has some room to grow.

It will be interesting to see how it does.

We picked this up at Alden Lane also. A full moon japanes maple.

We'd been looking for one like this at a reasonable price for years.
